1. Insufficient Blasting Pressure & Reduced Efficiency
Common Causes & Solutions
- Insufficient air supply from air compressor: Check whether the compressor power matches requirements; inspect air hoses for bending or air leakage.
- Worn & enlarged nozzle: Long-term operation wears the inner nozzle wall and expands the bore, resulting in pressure drop. Replace with a new nozzle.
- Blocked abrasive hose: Large impurities clog the pipeline. Shut down the machine and clean the hose and abrasives.
- Worn air inlet sealing ring: Poor sealing at connections leads to air leakage. Install a new sealing ring.

2. Uneven Blasting Result with Variable Shades
Common Causes & Solutions
- Improper nozzle angle: Adjust distance and angle between nozzle and workpiece. The optimal setting is 15–20cm distance at a 45° angle.
- Poorly mixed abrasives: Mixing new and used abrasives or damp, agglomerated abrasives. Switch to dry, uniform new abrasives.
- Unstable moving speed: Inconsistent manual operation speed; adjust conveying speed for automatic machines to maintain uniformity.
- Partial nozzle wear: Uneven fan-shaped jet caused by one-sided inner wear. Rotate the nozzle or replace it.

3. Dust Leakage & Poor Dust Removal Performance

- Clogged filter cartridge: Excessive dust accumulation. Clean or replace cartridges regularly (monthly cleaning recommended).
- Aged sealing rubber strips: Worn cabin door strips cause air leakage. Replace sealing strips.

- Excess fine dust in abrasives: Use qualified abrasives with uniform grain size to reduce ultrafine dust generation.

4. No Abrasive Output or Intermittent Sand Flow
