Intellectual Property All content on this website — including product images, technical drawings, videos, specifications, logos, and text — is the exclusive intellectual property of Guangdong Boen Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Products & Quotations All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the issue date. We reserve the right to update product specifications without prior notice; however, confirmed orders with signed contracts are not affected.

4. Orders & Contract Formation Inquiries submitted through this website do not constitute a binding contract. A binding purchase contract is formed only when: (a) both parties have signed a Sales Contract or Proforma Invoice (PI), and (b) the agreed deposit has been received. Standard deposit: 30% of total order value upon contract signing; 70% balance before shipment.

5. Payment Terms Accepted payment methods: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer / Bank Wire), Alibaba Trade Assurance, L/C (Letter of Credit, for large orders), Western Union, PayPal (upon request). All payments must be made in accordance with the signed contract. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

6. Incoterms & Trade Terms We support the following Incoterms 2020: EXW (Ex Works – factory pickup), FOB (Free On Board – Ningbo / Shanghai / Guangzhou Port), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), CFR (Cost & Freight), DDP (Delivered Duty Paid – available upon request). The applicable Incoterm will be clearly stated in each Proforma Invoice and Sales Contract.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bornjx Machinery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website information. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total contract value of the relevant transaction.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), or to the competent court at our registered location.

9. Amendments We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
