Bornjx Machinery provides professional global logistics solutions for industrial machinery. All equipment ships directly from our factories in China.
1. Production Lead Time

Exact production schedules will be confirmed in your signed Proforma Invoice.
2. Departure Ports Primary ports: Ningbo Port and Shanghai Port (Guangdong orders may also depart from Guangzhou / Nansha Port). Port selection will be confirmed at the time of order.

4. Incoterms Supported EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP — as agreed in the signed Sales Contract or Proforma Invoice.
5. Export Packaging All machinery is packed to export standards: inner moisture-proof film and foam cushioning; outer fumigation-free plywood wooden crates; vacuum aluminum foil + desiccants available for precision equipment. All crates comply with ISPM-15 international phytosanitary standards.
6. Freight & Insurance Shipping costs are calculated based on cargo dimensions, weight, destination port, and Incoterm, and are itemized on all quotations. We strongly recommend full-coverage transit insurance for all equipment. We can arrange insurance on your behalf at actual cost.
7. Customs & Import Duties Unless DDP terms are agreed, the buyer is responsible for destination customs clearance and all applicable import taxes and duties. We provide a complete set of export documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and other certificates as required.
8. Shipment Notification & Tracking Upon dispatch, we will send you: the Bill of Lading number or courier tracking number; a copy of all shipping documents; estimated arrival date at destination port.
